FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: Call me at 678.665.8455. If I am not available, I will return your call as soon as possible. You can also send me a message via email and I will respond to you as soon as possible. If you do not hear back from me within 1 business day, please call again. Technology is fallible and it is possible that I did not receive the message. 

 

Q: What are your office hours?

A: I see clients Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.

Q: What are your fees?

A: I charge $200 for my initial assessment which lasts a full hour. Subsequent 50-55 minute sessions are $150. Longer sessions may be available. If you are interested in scheduling longer sessions, we can discuss my fees and availability.

Q: Do you have a sliding fee scale?

A: I am unable to provide reduced rates for counseling services.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: I am currently an in-network provider for BlueCross BlueShield and TRICARE; however, I am not accepting any new BCBS or TRICARE patients. 

 

If you have coverage with another insurance company and have out-of-network benefits, I will be glad to provide you with a statement that includes all the necessary information you need to file for insurance reimbursement.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: I accept cash, personal checks, credit card or other electronic forms of payment.
